OpsDraft was founded by Jacob Kwiatkowski, a former fire marshal, FEMA emergency management specialist, and paramedic with over 20 years of public safety leadership. Having worked with hospitals, nursing facilities, municipalities, and private businesses, Jacob saw the need for streamlined, compliant, easy-to-use safety documentation and training.
